We cook, make tableware, and source products for daily use. Inspired by folk traditions and shaped by years in professional kitchens, our work begins with slow cooking and measured gestures. First we simmer, then we build.
Tableware sits at the heart of the studio. We work with ceramics, wood, linen, and brass in collaboration with makers across Europe and beyond. Our objects are human—some have scars. They carry the traces of their making.
In the kitchen, we cook with the seasons, alongside farmers, fishermen, and producers. We follow instinct and the wind. Each dish is prepared and served as the day unfolds.
We also share a selection of products. The first is an olive oil from Apulia, alive with the scent of freshly cut grass. Made by people we return to, year after year.
